In Christianity people say, we inherit the sin that was caused in Eden.
I believe it is more like melanin.
We are Mongoloid. Some blue spot appear on our skin when we are born.
That is because we have melanin.
But within 10 years, it would be gone.
Our skin stay clear if we don't get too much Sun.
What I mean is, even if you subconsciously have some "sin" or let's say, "unwilling tendency", it wouldn't be unwilling if you chose not to have it appear. We put sunscreen on our skin, try not go under the sun too much. It depends on how you sped your life, and on what you chose.
